fine print.
May 14 - June 27, 2026
"Print" has many different meanings. It can function as a noun, verb, or adjective; it can signify both a method and its outcome, or act simply as a descriptor for either.
For this exhibition, we leaned into a broad definition of this versatile term within the context of visual art. This show includes artwork created through traditional printmaking techniques, such as woodcut and lithograph, but also incorporates collage, photography, and other processes falling somewhere between printmaking and painting, such as Harold Garde's strappos. Regardless of genre, no fine print reading is necessary to appreciate the impeccable craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal of this survey of prints by our talented roster of artists. That's clearly stated and immediately apparent. And, of course, fine prints remain a great option for acquiring fine art at an accessible price point.
